The voice, performance and personality of Rozina Pátkai have enchanted audiences from Hungary to the United States. The main elements in her music are classic bossa nova and Brazlian melodies of which she is an authentic interpreter. The real breakthrough came for her in 2011 when from 250 performers she received a special award at the Budapest Fringe Festival with her performance of Bossas Novas. This success was followed by many more, even at the international jazz scene. She gave performances in Lithuania and Bucharest as well as at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland. For her sold-out concerts at The Jazz Bar she received a special prize. In 2013 she received the popularity award at the Independent Music Awards in the category of jazz. In the same year, her achievements and music drew the attention of the American music producer and sound engineer, Helik Hadar, a renowned figure of international jazz. As a result, they produced a single together. In May 2014, she debuted to great acclaim at the gala concert of the Made in New York Jazz Competition as well as at Zinc Bar, a famous jazz club of New York.
